Returns & Refunds Policy – DareDevil Mower

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return, exchange, and refund procedures.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged)
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a $350 one-time restocking fee.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipment.


2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@daredevilmower.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


3. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to investigate claims of misuse or abuse. If our investigation confirms that the mower was misused, the 1-year warranty may be voided, and you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.


4. Safety Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper use. Customers must follow all safety guidelines and operate the mower responsibly.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Sale items or gift cards

6. Exchanges

For a faster exchange, return the eligible item (per this policy) and place a new order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
