After your order has been successfully picked up and is enroute to its destination, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected arrival date.
4. Third-Party LTL Companies:
It is important to note that the delivery of your order is handled by third-party LTL companies. While we strive to partner with reliable carriers, please be aware of the following:
Limited Contact: The LTL driver may or may not contact you directly. In some cases, they may reach out to you approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time to confirm the delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Third-Party Control: We want to emphasize that DareDevil Mower has limited control over the actions and procedures of third-party LTL companies. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery experience, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our DareDevil Mower. We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping. Please also note that we charge a one-time restocking fee of $250.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand that issues may occur from time to time, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We reserve the right to investigate any claims of misuse or abuse of the DareDevil Mower. If the investigation reveals that the DareDevil Mower was misused or abused, the 1-year warranty may be voided, and the customer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of using the DareDevil Mower. It's the responsibility of the user to follow all safety guidelines and operate the DareDevil Mower in a safe and responsible manner.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the undamaged and unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost when returning DareDevil Mower.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
