We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our DareDevil Mower. While we take great care to ensure that our DareDevil Mower are of the highest quality, we understand that issues may occur from time to time. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues that arise after the DareDevil Mower has been used multiple times.
We reserve the right to investigate any claims of misuse or abuse of the DareDevil Mower. This includes but not limited to failure to follow proper operating instructions or using the DareDevili Mower for purposes other than intended.
If the investigation reveals that the DareDevil Mower was misused or abused, the 1 year warranty may be voided, and the customer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of using the DareDevil Mower. It is the responsibility of the user to follow all safety guidelines and operate the DareDevil Mower in a safe and responsible manner.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the undamaged and unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
