Thank you for choosing DareDevil Mower! We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a one-year warranty on all new DareDevil Mower purchases, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and workmanship for one year from the date of DELIVERY, except for normal wear and tear. This means that we will replace any parts that are defective or faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship at no cost to you.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear (tracks, filters, buttons, belts, and what's under the cutting deck), which includes damage to the mower due to regular use or exposure to the elements. Additionally, the battery is covered under warranty for six months from the date of delivery.
Additionally, our warranty only covers parts and not repairs. However, we do have a third-party mechanic available who can guide you on how to fix any issues that may arise for a fee. You can find their contact information on our website's "Contact Us" page.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and fill out our contact us form with proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are experiencing. We will work with you to diagnose the problem and arrange for any new replacement parts.
Please keep in mind that our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or neglect, including but not limited to improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or accidents. Any modifications to the mower or use of non-DareDevil Mower parts will void the warranty.
